PKU President Wang Enge Visits School of Economics

On April 1, 2013, PKU President Wang Enge visited School of Economics and had a meeting with the administration team of the School. Heads of relevant departments of PKU also attended the meeting.

In the meeting, Dean Sun Qixiang made a work report from aspects of school characteristics, development status, future planning and challenges. Other members of the school administration team subsequently delivered reports from teaching & research, talent cultivation and administration.

After listening to the work reports, Wang Enge made positive comments on the future development plan formulated by the School. He expressed that PKU will further communicate with the School to provide support for dealing with the School`s problems and difficulties. At the end of the meeting, he expressed his hope that the School of Economics would redouble efforts and achieve greater performance.
