Corporate Revenue Management Trainee 集团收益管理培训生计划
The Corporate Revenue Management Trainee Program grooms Shangri-La`s new talent to assume leadership roles in the areas of Revenue management.
This program consists of a 12-month Developmental Curriculum divided into three phases:
? Phase One - Orientation and cross-exposure in hotel operation
? Phase Two - Fast-paced on-the-Job training focused in revenue management
? Phase Three - Stand-in position in Revenue Analyst
The position will be based in Beijing, and frequent business trips are required.
The Selection Criteria 选拔标准
? Bachelor/Master degree in economics/statistics or related area
? Fluent English and Chinese required.
? Willing to take up assignments in different locations during and after the program
