QUALIFICATIONS ? ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS:
Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD) with 5 years relevant experience
MID-CAREER PROFESSIONALS: Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD) plus 8 years of relevant professional experience
A demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking
Ability to conduct relevant development policies and priorities
Fluent in English
Strong writing & communications skills
