主讲人简介：
付志宇，西南交通大学教授，历史学博士，经济学博士后，博士生导师。曾在东京经济大学、雪城大学、法兰克福大学、台湾“中研院”担任访问学者。兼任中国经济思想史学会副会长、中国财政学会财政史研究专业委员会副主任、四川省中国经济史学会副会长、四川省财政学会学术委员会副主任、四川省经济学与财政学专业教学指导委员会委员等学术职务。
付志宇长期从事中国经济思想史教学研究，对古、近代经济思想有丰硕的研究成果和丰富的研究经验。出版学术著作十余部，发表学术论文一百六十余篇，承担各级研究课题十余项，荣获各类学术奖励十余次，多次被评为优秀教师和优秀研究生指导老师。

主讲人简介:
Dr. Bernhard Schwartländer joined the Peking University Institute of Global Health and Development in March 2025 as Co-Chair of the Governing Board and Distinguished Research Professor of Global Health.
From 2021 to 2025 he held the position of Global Health Envoy, German Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to these assignments, Dr. Schwartländer had an esteemed career at the World Health Organization. He served as Assistant Director General and Chef de Cabinet at its headquarter, as well as WHO Representative in China. He is a medical doctor and holds a doctorate in medical epidemiology. He received his education and professional training in Germany and the US at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
摘要:
This seminar offers the opportunity to engage in a journey of 40 years of global health from the perspective of science, policy, financing and politics. The introductory lecture will include personal experiences with a focus on equitable access to health around the globe, laying the ground for an active and open dialogue with faculty and students.
