【讲座摘要】
This paper is to study the existence, uniqueness and efficiency property of the dynamic competitive equilibrium in overlapping generations model with natural resources. Contrasting to the standard Diamond OLG model without natural capital, in which the dynamic equilibrium is not necessarily efficient, an hence, the first welfare theorem may fail, in the OLG model with natural resource owning linear regeneration function, the dynamic equilibrium (it exists and is unique under some assumptions) is always efficient.
