夏光简历
夏光，1961年生，经济学博士，现任环境保护部环境与经济政策研究中心主任，研究员，兼任环境保护部科学技术委员会委员、中国人民外交学会理事、中国环境科学学会常务理事、中国人民大学兼职教授、中国国际经济交流中心理事等。长期从事环境保护政策研究和管理工作，出版《环境政策创新》等著作7部，发表《论环境权益的市场化代理制度》等论文170多篇，主持《修改〈环保法〉框架研究》等项目40多项，获得国家环保总局科技奖、中国人民大学优秀博士论文奖等。
Introduction of Xia Guang
Dr. Xia Guang born in 1961, is the Director General and Senior Research Fellow of the Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy, Ministry of Environmental Protection(MEP) , China. He is also a member of the Science and Technology Committee of MEP and a member of the Leading Group of WTO, Trade and Environment of MEP. He also engaged as a syndic member of the China People’s Diplomacy Association, a member of Standing Committee of China Association of Environmental Sciences, the Professor of China Renmin University and Shanghai Financial and Economic University. etc. He has published 7 books, more than 170 journal articles, and led more than 30 research projects, and gained the Scientific and Technological Award of MEP, and the Award for Excellent Doctorate of China Renmin University, etc.
