李俊峰研究员简历
1982年毕业于山东矿院电气工程系，长期从事能源经济和能源环境理论的研究。先后组织并主持了我国第一部可再生能源法、国家中长期可再生能源规划的起草工作、参与了国家中长期科技发展纲要的研究和起草工作，完成了中国第一个清洁发展机制项目的组织与实施。组织了我国“十五”期间风力发电和太阳能光伏发电高技术计划的实施等工作。目前是国家发展和改革委能源研究所学术委员会主任、副所长，内蒙古自治区政府科技顾问，国际风能理事会副主席，国际21世纪可再生能源政策委员会副主席。

Mr. Li Junfeng is currently serving as the Deputy Director General of Energy Research Institute, National Development and Reform Commission. He also holds the professional and academic positions as a Professor and the Chair of the Academic Committee of ERI, Science & Technology Advisor to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Vice-Chairman of Global Wind Energy Council, Vice-Chairman of the Renewable Energy Policy Network (REN21), etc. He was graduated from Shandong Mining Institute in 1982. Mr. Li is the focal point of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) program for the Region of East Asia. He engaged himself of the projects development for GEF and World Bank, UNDP and other program for renewable energy development in China. Recent years, he also involved in Climate Change issue, especially in technology transfer, CDM and carbon trade issues, and has been heading the development of the first CDM project in China. He facilitated the implementation of the national high technology program for Wind and Solar PV within the tenth five-year plan. Meanwhile, he is also the chief leader author for the development of Chinese Renewable Energy Law.
